One of our favorite YAPstars, Matt Baehr (aka @cardcat) is literally moving to warmer climes (Florida) and his association needs to find a new him:

The person needs IT/Web/Project Management skills above all else. As a small association, they will shift responsibilities as needed to fit the staff. If you know of anyone, let me know. Thanks! Happy New Year! Come to Florida to visit!

Fundamental background, skill sets and responsibilities required for the position include:

• Responsible for website -- coordinating strategy and content with staff
• Manage site through Drupal CMS
• Manage ancillary mobile site using Wordpress CMS
• Manage online membership directory via Memberfuse
• Manage webinars via GoToMeeting/Citrix
• Responsible for mobile apps

• Manage contractor relationships for all IT and phone services including

- IT support, offsite servers, hosted MS exchange (ATS)
- IMIS Association Management Software (C Systems)
- Website and Memberfuse (Avectra)
- VOIP phone system – (Broadview Networks)
- Phone and Fax lines – (Verizon)

The replacement position will be staffed at a director to VP level, depending upon the qualifications and experience of the individual selected. Beyond IT, opportunities for the position may include primary liaison with SC&RA’s Allied Industries Group and some membership development and communications responsibilities. A great opportunity exists to craft a position for the right individual.

The position requires a full-time commitment; salary will be commensurate with experience. In addition to market-competitive compensation, SC&RA offers a very competitive benefits package.

Hey all - the position changed in the few says since this posted.  Here is the new description.

SC&RA has an immediate opening for a Director of Web and Information Technology to create, develop and manage web content, ancillary mobile site, webinars, mobile apps plus social media as well as manage IT contractor relationships including iMIS, IT support, VOIP and Managed Services. Additionally, the position will manage the Association's online Membership Directory. Candidate must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills. Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment as well as detail-oriented are musts. Candidate must have working knowledge of iMIS, Drupal CMS, Wordpress CMS, Memberfuse and Citrix/GoToMeeting at a minimum.
Experience in web site management of 3-5 years.

Salary commensurate with experience. In addition to market-competitive compensation, SC&RA offers a very competitive benefits package.
