Hi everyone,

Due to the spam problems we’ve been having, we have decided to lock down the group so that people now have to be approved to join.  This will hopefully solve the spammer issue, and we do apologize for any spam you’ve received through the site to date.  The settings had already been changed so no-one but managers could post an email blast to the whole group – apparently that didn’t stop “aria peace” or whatever that last spammer chose to call herself.  Blocked and booted, obviously.

We have also locked down the LinkedIn group for the same reason and are now pointing everyone who goes to YAP over there to this site instead.  You can still request to join and see who else is in the group on LinkedIn.

Anyway I am assuming that this spam problem means we have “arrived”!  I hope you can join us at the YAP party tomorrow evening or the Multiview party next week to raise a glass to this undeniable fact. :)
