Community Associations Institute (CAI), located in Falls Church, VA is seeking a team player for a growing credentialing program. Our office is at seven corners, 6402 Arlington Blvd., one mile from the Falls Church Metro, and there is a free shuttle. We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of association experience. Any experience working with designation/certification/education programs, would be helpful. BA preferred. Computer literacy required. Experience with netFORUM or other association management system is a plus. Must be able to multi-task, have strong customer service skills, good phone & writing skills, MS Office skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude. ASAE membership is a plus -- we value professional development and help employees progress toward the CAE or other credentials.
