Small 501-C-6 trade association in the electronic security field located in Tyson's Corner, VA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to manage the associations marketing and communications efforts, outreach to members via electronic media, quarterly print publication, meetings brochures and work with appropriate committees on electronic communications. Proficiency in Adobe products such as InDesign CS4, Dreamweaver CS4 or higher, Photoshop CS4 or higher, Illustrator CS4 or higher also Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint. Additional proficiency helpful in Facebook, Wikis and other social networking media. Experience conducting webinars and on-line meetings helpful. Current data base is AVECTRA.Compensation range in the low $70's.
Are you interested in remote workers for this position or only local candidates? Also have you considered a contract worker to manage these functions for your association?
I understand...if they need help in the interim I would be happy to help them with projects until they find the right person. I work with a lot of clients remotely so I am used to dealing with them via email, skype or instant messenger.
