Good Luck YAPstars!

Hello friends!  I'm up here in Cambridge, Massachusetts doing my own educational experience this week, and I just wanted to wish good luck to all of you taking the CAE exam tomorrow.  I will be thinking about you.

I thought a discussion thread would be a good way for your YAP friends and colleagues to show their support and cheer you on.  This is a big moment, and we want you to know that we're with you.

Sorry I won't be physically present to celebrate with you tomorrow afternoon, but I'll definitely be there in spirit.  Make us proud!

Jeff

Go YAPstars! Go YAPstars!

Tomorrow is a big day - and yet it is still just a day.

When the nerves start hitting and your mind goes blank, take a moment to close your eyes and breathe. Get centered again.

You know this stuff.

You've been preparing for days, weeks and months. Not to mention all the time you've spent actually working in an association.

I'm so proud of all of you for taking up the challenge to advance yourself both personally and professionally.

I'll be toasting you virtually tomorrow - and can't wait to see you walk the stage in Toronto!

Here's to your success!

Cynthia

Rah, Rah! You can do it because if you've made the decision to sit for the exam you have the passion it takes to be an excellent assn professional.

Go for it guys! You'll all do great...

Andy

I'm happy to add my "Rah, rah! Go team go!"

Best of luck to everyone.

Good luck everyone! I'm sure you'll all do very well!

What a great idea, Jeff!

You all have put in the time, effort and work to learn the information, and you have the background in association management to have the experience necessary to ace this thing.

Now trust yourself - trust your study, your hard work, most of all, trust that you *know* how to run an association.  And how to answer these questions.

Don't spend tonight studying - have a nice dinner, get to bed at a decent hour, try to get a good night's sleep, have a good breakfast tomorrow morning, leave yourself ample time to get to your testing site, and break a leg!

And I'll see the DC-based candidates at the YAPpy hour tomorrow night.

Good luck everyone--I'll be thinking good karma so I'm sure you'll all do great. this should be the best prepared class ever! You all come from great experience and have done so much to get ready.  Very cool.
